- Our singing is done without mechanical instruments of music. The Bible says we are to sing and make melody in our hearts to the Lord. The giving and the Lord’s Supper are done on the first day of every week (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:1-2).
- The church of Christ had her beginning on the first Pentecost after the Resurrection of our Lord. This was prophesied in Isaiah 2:2-3; Daniel 2:44; Joel 2:28-32. Jesus talked about when the church or kingdom would be established. Some of them standing with Jesus would see it come to pass (Mark 9:1). Jesus told them what to preach on that day (Luke 24:48-49).
- Our congregation began here in Gray in 2003 with Glenn Schliebner being the first preacher. He worked with the church until 2012 when he retired.
